Panthenol
Panthenol is provitamin B5. It is a clear, slightly viscous liquid that has been a staple in personal care formulas for decades. Inside the line, panthenol is named on the wash and on the lotion. It does not show up in the bar or the scrub because the format does not need it. In the two formats it is in, it earns the slot in both.
What you notice in the wash is the rinse. The lather does not finish with the tight, squeaky read that a stripped wash leaves. The skin reads softer on the way out of the shower than a wash usually delivers. In the lotion, the finish is the same direction from a different starting point. Less slick. Less greasy. The lotion sets up faster and reads cleaner. Both formats move toward the same finish. Panthenol is one of the reasons.
