Four rules. No phone tree. No restocking fee. We do not ask you to ship the bottle back. Replies come from a real person in Detroit, usually same day.

  1. 30 days from delivery.

    The clock starts the day the carrier marks the order delivered. Past day 30, email us and we will work it out case by case. Subscription orders use the same window from each delivery date, not the original signup.

  2. Sealed product. Full refund.

    Bottle never opened, cap shrink wrap intact, label undamaged. Full refund to the original payment method. We do not need the bottle back. Send a photo so we have a record and we close the loop on our end.

  3. Opened, less than 1/4 used. Full refund.

    If the bottle is less than a quarter empty, full refund. Send a photo of the bottle showing the fill line. We do not ask you to ship it back. Use what is left, give it away, or recycle the bottle through your local stream.

  4. Opened, more than 1/4 used. MCO Credit.

    Past the quarter line, refund as MCO Credit instead of cash back. Credit lands in your account within a business day and applies to anything on the shelf, including bundles and subscription refills. No expiration.

Wrong item arrived

Our error, our fix. Reply to the order email with a photo of what you got and we ship the correct item priority, no charge. Keep or recycle the wrong bottle, no need to send it back.

Damaged in transit

Send a photo to support within 14 days of delivery. We reship or refund, your call. We do not ask you to file a USPS claim. That is our problem, not yours.

Subscription refill you no longer want

Skip or cancel from your refills page up to 48 hours before the next ship date. Already shipped? Same rules apply, send the form and we work it out under the four rules above.

Gift returns

Gifts refund to MCO Credit on the recipient's account, never back to the giver's card. The giver is never notified. We will set up the recipient's account if it does not exist yet.

Reaction or skin sensitivity

Stop using the product. Email support with what happened. Full refund, regardless of fill line, regardless of the 30-day window. We want to learn from it.

Promo or discounted orders

Same four rules. Refund value is the price you actually paid after the discount, not the list price. MCO Credit, when issued, is at the price paid.

What is MCO Credit?

Store credit, no expiration, applies to anything.

Refunds past the quarter line become MCO Credit. So do referral rewards, Atlas unlocks, and several other earn paths. Credit applies automatically at checkout when your email is on the order. Track the balance and full history on your credit page.
